Work Out for the New Year
It is 2010 and I’ve always told myself last year that by this time, I will be serious about having a work out plan for myself and see to it that I can get rid of all these extra flab off my body. The problem that I see however, is the schedule that I am keeping right now. Because of the economy, I can’t help but moonlight on two jobs and it seems really difficult to find time to insert another schedule.
I only go to my other job three times a week though, so I guess having my work out twice every weekday and once or twice every weekend would be just fine. My brother told me something about a P90X program where I would just have to buy the equipment and not go to the gym anymore because P90X can give me the luxury to just do my work out inside my house. From my understanding though, this is an exercise program that will really get most out of me, but if I do well, I could actually lose a lot of weight in 90 days, I guess that is the reason why they call it the Power 90 Master Series.
