Running has always been one of the best exercises that one can ever perform and can easily do every day, but sad to say, not all wants to do. It has got to be one of the most underrated exercises around and for some reason, most people would rather want to go to gym and pump up some irons to “lose weight”, but refuse to put up a pair of running shoes and step on a treadmill.

People should start realizing that if you’re only after lowering your weight and getting thinner, you can always rely on the good old running exercise and it is definitely a lot cheaper than going for a gym membership or buying those expensive exercise equipment that don’t even work. Instead of paying for membership, you’d rather want to buy pedometers or heart rate monitors because they can prove to be wiser buys because you can always have them for longer time, unlike with gym membership, where once it gets to become stale because of its tediousness you’d try to quit as soon as possible, running on the other hand, is always easy to go back to if you take a break because you don’t have to pay anything to do it.
