			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It is 2010 and I’ve always told myself last year that by this time, I will be serious about having a work out plan for myself and see to it that I can get rid of all these extra flab off my body. The problem that I see however, is the schedule that I am keeping right now. Because of the economy, I can’t help but moonlight on two jobs and it seems really difficult to find time to insert another schedule. </p>
<p>I only go to my other job three times a week though, so I guess having my work out twice every weekday and once or twice every weekend would be just fine. My brother told me something about a <a href="http://www.extremebodyworkout.com/">P90X</a> program where I would just have to buy the equipment and not go to the gym anymore because <a href="http://www.extremebodyworkout.com/p90x-products/p90x.php">P90X</a> can give me the luxury to just do my work out inside my house. If we cannot control the urge of eating, we may as well regulate the intake. They say technology has made our lives much easier to live in, but sadly these machines also taught us how to be lazy at times. Some people are getting hooked to internet especially Facebook, causing them to neglect other physical exercise and even eating healthy meal. A new word “al desco” was coined, referring to eating lunch at someone’s desk. This only means that people are either too busy with work or they don’t care much about eating.  Whatever reason it may be; let us not put our health in jeopardy. </p>
