A New Way of Dining

Being fit should always be on our outmost goal in living. It may sound a little bit tough but it’s only a matter of discipline. Aside from proper food intake and exercise, we should also think of other ways to stay in shape. Like what I said, we don’t need to eat much and take diet pills later. If we cannot control the urge of eating, we may as well regulate the intake. They say technology has made our lives much easier to live in, but sadly these machines also taught us how to be lazy at times. Some people are getting hooked to internet especially Facebook, causing them to neglect other physical exercise and even eating healthy meal. A new word “al desco” was coined, referring to eating lunch at someone’s desk. This only means that people are either too busy with work or they don’t care much about eating. Whatever reason it may be; let us not put our health in jeopardy.
